As far as ice would have known grace was biologically carmens so hence grace would go with her parents
If they knew she wasn't the Sanchez's child she would likely have had to stay in the states as they never legally adopted her

I bet, for a second, after Grace's mother said that Grace was born in america, hence, she doesn't risk to be deported, Gaby thought of keeping Grace all to herself and sent the other mother away on her own.

I think any mother would do the same thing, losing a child is painful.
Isn't that the better outcome for the child, to stay and petition to bring the the father and mother back legally.
Gaby could have been self centred in terms of keeping Grace. But she chose to be benevolent. I have always loved Gaby because she was the one who underwent a transformational change when compared to what she was initially.
Rajat she was self centered and tried convincing her mother but then she saw grace actually seeking her mother instead of Gabby, when gabby tried to comfort her which made her realise that she isnt the one who should be with Grace.
I really like Carmen. She’s such a sweetheart.

I would have def had her deported and keep both daughters she is her daughter anyway. Sry about the mother but they are here illegally got to go back anyway

@F Alsayed gabi doesn’t have the right to keep both but it did cross her mind to do that when the other mother mentioned the girl was a citizen here and ok to stay. But my point was with or without gabi they will get caught eventually since they’re illegal then what’s gonna happen to the poor girl alone here so what’s wrong with taking her in after all she is her daughter. Both girls are legal to stay.
@@MariaSanchez-mc9zn I’m not sure what you’re saying. Just to be clear I’m not racist. Law is law every one has to follow doesn’t matter two Mexicans two Asians etc... if one is illegal she will eventually get deported.
