I have a literal 51 minute recording after playing ranked for a bit, of me trying to get a match in warzone…. 43 minutes, as my ping grows and grows to 200ms sits there, fails and stars over at 50… over and over, crossplay on, crossplay of.. if ur doing too well, your connection doesn’t matter. And this is STILL an issue.
I’m so fucking happy someone finally came out and posted a video like this. No one ever puts these videos only vids of them doing really good especially the best cod player RUclipsrs but as if they don’t lag at all Yano what I mean but you are the best dude thank you for posting this I wish more people would. This happens to me every fucking game I play in multiplayer and I completely just quit it. I just play zombies now cause I love the zombies mode it’s different no matter what people say. Also try playing the MW2 mosh pit in MW3 I don’t seem to lag that much on that but on the mw3 maps I do like wtf. Anyways thank you! Lol

Came from you comment from Fooly's video. Great video dude, really great. This sums up exactly my experience with newer cods. I'm just want to say you are not alone. I posted on reddit and got downvoted to hell: I also have hardwired and fiber connection, always 160ms ping. But then, Warzone decided that I couldn't play low ping anymore, and it was impossible for me to play again solo. And I freaking loved that game. But even so, It was bearable. Somehow it was fun. On MW2, the SBMM is beyond broken. I think I haven't found a free for all lobby in 6 months or so. So I began searching for team modes. It got to the point that I even can't find kill confirmed matches anymore. And this new engine seemed to break the game even more. I have a friend who has a KD ratio really close to mine, but diferently from me, he can find matches with low ping easily. So I suspect the game SBMM carry over your old games progress, since I was >2.0 KD ratio on warzone and mw2019. And then I played MW3. Jesus christ my dude, the hit detection was embarrassing. And with higher TTK + the worst server tick rate of all shooter games (20Hz), this has become a disguting game to play. The higher TTK was infnity ward shooting themselves, because it made clear that the connection quality in this game is a cheap money saving bullshit. I even began theorizing that they still had host connection like older CODs, because this quality in 2023 is disgusting. I would not mind SBMM, I would not mind the new engine, but the shameful servers and high ping won't let me play the freaking game! Imagine paying for something that you can't even play. Unfortunately they discovered that cod is a money printing machine that runs on casual players that are 70% of the players that just play for skins and the edgy trend new game that came out. Sorry for the long rant, but just want you to know that you showed great stuff on this video, stuff that a lot of youtubers only talk about but show to anyone. I know this is just a freaking game, but this is happening to other games and even other industries. Thanks again. +1 sub
Thanks for sharing your experience & for checking out the video. From what I understand, the previous stats you have are following you into this game. The more I look into the things I am experiencing, the more I am finding that people are having these same experiences. I just keep recording gameplay & trying to document everything that's happening. The most frustrating part is, the better you play, the worse your experience gets & we are being punished for playing well. Its ruining the game & isnt fun anymore.
Yeah I'm having similar hit detection inconsistencies from game to game...one game it was working well...and I had 24-5 then the hit detection would go to shit and i seriously could not get more than 6-7 kills ..its nutss
Gotta love the cod boot lickers that come in here and say ohhh its a skill issue or this or that always an excuse for their trash game. Awsome video hope more people come out. Also i heard that they are filling lobbies with AI players cause the player count is so low and probably why your being matched with people from other country"s cause they dont have alot of people that play this garbage anymore, i even quit playing a week ago and went on to other games best decision i made less stress and aggravation.

I thought it was just me the sbmm so cranked up I be like I don’t feel like sweating for camos but the only good game mode is mw2 moshpit cause these 2009 maps r horrible idk y we don’t have 2011 mw3 maps yet p.s that hot detection is worst I’ve seen shots don’t even registered at times
You should put the packet loss meter on, those jams were likely caused by it (not always an issue on your end) I think your deaths seemed ressonable though, you need to consider recoil, weapon multipliers some weapons do worse from a distance and some do less damage close range (even though it does't make much sense) and even if you aim for the head it might register for something else as there is a chance of spread and how you move affects that also, it's a fairly complex system and sometimes encounters are decided by weapon type, multipliers and/or luck depending on the spread Not to mention the health is very high in this game which makes all these problems even worse
you can consider any thing you want but if you slow the video down and count the hit markers (game side saying he had a hit) he should have got those kills unless his gun was doing 7 damage per bullet up close.

ive noticed when i tab out in cod. and go into the game again i get something called latency variation. which is the lag you get. the game is so shit its insane. its not my internet that is the problem. and sbmm is awful

Also you mentioned aim moving away? Might be the flinch kicking in when someone hits you? There are also bullets to multiply that on your opponent
