  • Giving my new 6" Vegan sponge cake recipe a practice.

    Ingredients:
    175ml vegan milk (almond, soy, coconut etc)
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or any vinegar)
    175g plain flour
    90g sugar
    1 tbsp corn flour
    1 tbsp icing sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp xantham gum
    20g vegetable oil
    20g coconut oil (unflavoured if you can get it)
    1-2 tsp vanilla extract (or more if you want a stronger flavour)
    Can also be any other flavour you add- for taste. :)
