0:45 is crazy, my coach said i should analyse bouts from better fencers than me, but its hard to use the analysed things, garozzos attack is sth. else (distance, tempo etc.)
PIL sadly is something I wish more would call when it is seen. It's a legit great tactic to have. Unless you have refs well-versed in the rules you might be out of luck there.
Looks fairly clear cut to me. Line was established during Shikine's preparation, did not wander and Shikine did nothing to remove it. Trouble is too many people reffing have absolutely no clue what the PIL rules are which can lead to some really frustrating calls at lower levels

Very controversial PIL. I never get the point when I do it so I stopped using it unless I’m confident it will be one light
Look like the right call. You probably don't get it because the refs at your local clubs/circuits don't like calling PIL
