I have many pistols and some 1000 dollars plus. But at the end of the day I find myself always carrying my Glock Gen 5 19. I know I can never go wrong or failure with it.
I'm happy with my CZ's. I wouldn't trade my Shadow 2, TS2, nor Czechmate for anything on this list. But to each their own. I fell in love with the triggers. You can't beat the TS2 for value. You get about a 1.5 lb crisp trigger, just like the one in the Czechmate, for about $1400.
So basically, nothing new just reworked editions of what's out there. For the last ten years, cold hammer forged,low bore axis, positive short reset, interchangeable back straps and aggressive slide cuts have born only an (unnecessary) optics plate feature. The only three guns that have any interesting tech is the dd (Hudson h9)h9, rock island armory 5.0 and laugo alien. I think we'd all like to see something along the lines of built in suppression, compensator that works it's way around a tax stamp
Meh, save your money. Get the compact PDP. Just as good if not better. Better than a Glock for sure. Even better value, the IWI Masada. Better then a Glock out the box. Best 400 bucks I ever spent. The Masada slim is supposed to be the shizznit too.
I've been carrying either a CZ P07 or a 75D PCR for the last year or two. Either one will hit where I'm aiming, every single time. Whether I'm aiming at the point I want to hit when the thing fires is the issue. It's not the pistol's fault if I am not pointing it exactly where I want the round to hit.
