    how to identify the type of process when its not mentioned explicitly
    as in sometimes in a couple of questions all the parameters of the second state arent given
    how do we determine if the volume remains the same or the pressure
    because there is a certain approach to solving a thermodynamic problem based on the information we have

      - negative sign is used to show that work done against external pressure (expansion work)
