Ahh the dwayne rock mod, id say thats a cheat for sure. Tinted rocks give very good rewards overall, can really make you win your run. Especially SUPER tinted rocks (they exist) are nigh impossible to spot in basegame so 100% thats a cheat.
Spoiler: The 15 free block every turn made the rest of the video pretty tension free, outside of the floor 2 boss he was never in danger again until act 4. And by mid act 3 having 20 less health but 5 extra played armor is just better than a normal run.

15? Orichalcum gives 6 and thread and needle gives 4
@@cameronelwood1443 Terminal modifier (the thing that makes him lost 1 max hp per floor) also grants +5 plated armor, which puts it at 15

Lucky pennies have a green flicker though so you can technically spot them if you’re willing to wait for the flicker
