surprisingly, they changed it so people without pro garage hav a 1min 30sec cooldown instead of 5 minutes. i do remember it being 5 minutes tho
oh and for cargo ship i think you do get like 2k more cash per crate from it with bigger duffel bag

Overall I might go for Pro Garage first before Duffel Bag cuz I bought an Eclaire and I'm grinding for a roadster
To me his tierlist is really accurate as the first 5 gamepasses are the ones I would actually buy.
Only OG’s remember when the garage gamepass allowed you to spawn vehicles in the first place. I have no idea how I lived with not being able to spawn vehicles before I bought the gamepass 💀
fun fact: the duffle bag actually works for cargo ship without duffle: 6000+ with duffle:7000+
I actually notice that i am getting way more than i usually get from cargo ship after i buyed duffle bag. But i didn't know that it was happening because i buyed duffle bag.

The Crime Boss gamepass was very op when it came out. It allowed you to get far ahead everyone else. It was the first gamepass I bought, and it helped me tremendously. Sadly, it now doesn't help for anything more than a few seconds of early robbery notification, getting a car which is horrible by today's standards, and a gun that is very forgotten, at least in comparison with the other guns.

I think that BOSS and SWAT are for tier B, they have the awesome gun that is the best in the game making your PVP go up. You know when something is opening making you be able to rob it before it is in robbery. Getting to your choice clothes is helpful especially when you made them yourself (like I did). SWAT also has a SWAT shield that can protect you from a battle you can't win. You say VIP gives more money, with bigger duffel + BOSS it solves that prob only costing 725.

I have a level 4 bag but I’m not getting 1,500 on donut shop I’m still getting 750 is it bugged or did I buy it wrong (I bought it in the game not where all the game passes are)
I've heard buying it that way has some issues, not sure tho
yo same happens to me and i know why , its cus u bought lvl 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 . if u buy it like that it only gives u 750 in donut but if u buy the whole gamepass (where all the other gamepasses are) it gives u 1.5k , idk why its like that its probebly a bug.

Here in the Netherlands safes are banned because they are considered gambling. What would you rate the VIP gamepass if you wouldn’t get the safe everyday?

Cargo ship gives more money if you have duffle bag, i know because ive llayed without it my whole life till less than a week ago. Without duffle bag from cargo ship on average you get around 5.5k and if you are lucky you will get 6k+ but now with duffle bag, on average you get 6.5k+ and if you are lucky you get 7.9k so yeah, duffle bag does have impact on cargo ship🙂

I regreted buying crime boss and swat. swat is useless to me and the open robberies will have an icon when its open so when crime boss pass tells you when a robbery is gonna open its kinda useless, But I bought vip,pro garage,duffel bag tier 4 too and they were worth it too me

If you dont buy the duffelbag gamepass and gradually buy up to level 4 you dont get extra in the donut store/gas station

The only thing I dont agree with is that you put vip in B, I think it deserves an A at most because how would you get away from cops without having rocket fuel. There is a lot of cosmetics but the ones that are good is extra cash, for example, instead of getting 8,000 cash in casino with duffel bag you get 9.4k which is very helpful when grinding with friends or in a private server, although your list is very fair.
I think the only thing holding VIP back is just how overpriced it is tbh
