i would def love to stay at the park view rooms the colours look fantastic hope you had a great time on your visit. what view did you have? im tempted to try and stay on one nov dec time in the quiet season
@@BrickLifeTravels My view was of the Renault Traffic School. Going in Nov or Dec will be cheaper, but as the parks are closed, you won’t see much beyond the rides just standing there. That was my experience when I went in January.
Love the video! Just a correction: there aren’t 4,000+ rooms in the Castle Hotel. The room numbers are a code for building + floor + room. Based on the sums, there are ~156 rooms in total.
my apologies i should of said the room number not amount of rooms. and fit over 4000 people in total across all the hotels and the holiday village. its very interesting to know the reason behind the room number tho i did not clock on to that been the reason why.
For Me Personally It is the Legoland holiday village but i have stayed in the legoland hotel and it is HUGE and there is lots to do i THINK the lego castle hotel is slightly more expensive but the rooms also slightly different. But out the 2 i would do a park view room at the legoland hotel just to be able to see the park at night. I Think for alot of people they just want to stay in a theme that they like
@@BrickLifeTravels in my youth, i worked in the graphic design & printing industry. i can imagine the cost of furnishing those wall & floor treatments, all custom-tailored to just one exclusive hotel. absolutely mind-blowing
Do you have to buy ticket to get the lego store with legoland excluscive sets? I know that lego house is free shop but I saw there is no legoland sets.
u don't need to pay to enter the shops in the hotel and you are allowed to buy the legoland exclusive sets from these shops as they have the same stock at the hotels to what they do at the legoland park. with regards to the shop and needing a ticket u might be allowed access to the shop for 1 hour but i dont know how it works for the store in billund to the process of what needs to be done.. but you are allowed in the uk
Indeed you can you are allowed to go in without staying at the hotels... they do have a great selection of the legoland sets available to pick from as well.. if you are visiting the theme park they are also have sets available from that shop also
@@BrickLifeTravels thank you, so I have another question, can you go only to the shop of the theme park? Or you have to pay the ticket for the theme park (legoland)
@@pablomuelas4702 i know with the big shop at the legoland parks in the uk and usa and dubai you are allowed to enter the shop how it works at the parks is slightly different but..... you pay for a ticket have a time limit allowed shopping then on exit will receive a full refund. with billund if you are not allowed for what ever reason you have a full lego store available at the lego house about 15 min walk away and you don't need a ticket to be allowed to go in to that shop and it has alot of exclusive sets as well ruclips.net/video/pwMKXoe3fRM/видео.html (link to the lego house shop video) ruclips.net/video/635HUYMQ770/видео.html (link to how to walk to the lego house video) hope this helps any other questions please just ask be happy to help anyway i can
And yes, the Park View rooms are WORTH IT. Stayed in Billund for a night - total was 1,445 DKK (155 GBP at the time).
