Yes but without giving a single rupee first ask them to show all 4 alloys and check for dents/bent on there sides.. also check how many times they have been aligned (look at the alignment stamps on them). dont go for alloys which has 3 more alignment stamps.. this means they really old. its an okay market for side mirrors and headlamps but do bargain a lot.
