- The Reason Why Japan is the Most Disciplined Team in Volleyball History !!!
Volleyball Team Japan, one of the most disciplined and most played teams in volleyball history. This team is characterized by dexterity, resourcefulness and great perseverance, so their volleyball actions are always amazing and their volleyball matches are always interesting to watch.
The Japan men's national volleyball team represents Japan in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches. Their nickname is "RYUJIN NIPPON (龍神 NIPPON) ", meaning "Japanese Dragon God" or "Dragon God of Japan" in Japanese.[1] Japan won a bronze medal at the Tokyo 1964 Olympic Games, followed by silver at Mexico 1968 and a gold at Munich 1972. The years after this have been less successful. Japan missed three successive Olympic Games before returning at Beijing 2008, where they failed to win a match. Japan then failed to qualify for the London 2012 Olympic Games and also missed Rio 2016 after finishing seventh at the World Olympic Qualification Tournament in Tokyo. They also failed to qualify for the 2014 FIVB World Championship the first edition they had missed in 54 years. They had previously won FIVB World Championship bronze medals in 1970 and 1974. Japan silver medalists at the 1969 and 1977 World Cup. Japan has been less successful in the World League era. The team has won the Asian Championships nine times and the Asian Games eight times.

As a Nishida fan it hurts to see him getting shut down, but yanagida came clutch with that ace and the rest of the team was truly insane with the digs and taking every opportunity in this 2 and a half hour match!
That was only the last of 5 sets, he probably power-jumped so many times already that he must have been exhausted. It's probably part of the strategy to bring in some fresh energy for the last minutes 🤔

I’ve always loved volleyball, I watch it with 50% concentration and when Japan plays I give it 90%. The other 10% is me on my phone. But eversince Ran Takahashi debuted I’ve given it 2000% concentration 😤

I’ve never really given much thought to volleyball but after watching Haikyuu!! I absolutely love this sport. I love the specialization but constant team work of the sport.
same, since I watched haikyu , I've been interested in volleyball. For now I'm little shy to play because I'm not that tall but I'm starting playing it
@@raymondrada3505 same I'm 5'5 and can't jump insanely high but I'm doing everything I can to get better at this sport after watching haikyuu. My highschool varsity boys team are state champions so I'm going to tryout for jv in the spring but there is a lot of work to be done before then

Japan team was always compose in every crucial set and everyone was working hard for every points...there connection was very great defense and attacking....the mind set for there game is in there...super precious you will see the eagerness to win in every set or every game,thats why Japan team was very solid and hard to defeat...they listen and respect each other...

Nah its better not to wear kneepads especially on a national level for many reasons, one of them is because movement wise. Kneepads hinders your movement and will only make you slower, if you know how to correctly dive and fall then there is no need for kneepads. That's why you don't see most players wearing them

Discipline is the way of Japanese people in whatever they do. They’re just so different from the rest of the world. Japanese say do it at 110% or don’t do it at all. I love it!
