Nice tutorial. Circular breathing is not difficult. You can practice by simply puffing your cheeks . Use your cheek muscles to squeeze the the air out of your cheeks . The tricky part is to take in air through your nose as you’re squeezing air out of your cheeks. Once you get this technique you can easily apply it to your playing .

Nope. I can perform this technique with a glass of water and a straw, but with a mouthpiece in my mouth it simply doesn't work. It took me weeks to learn how to puff my cheeks with a mouthpiece, and even after that I cannot breathe in while they're puffed.

Very good explanation and demonstration. The hardest part is maintaining the airflow when you switch from cheek air to lung air. From the US.

Can i do the circular breathing without the sax because am not having a personal sax
You just need at least the mouthpiece with the neck. Or you just start exercising with a straw and water cup.

thats not how you do it!!! you have to breath through your nose while puffing your cheeks to block of your lungs from your mouth!!!
