it doesnt seem to be intentionally scary, its more like the spectacle of seeing Minecraft a game of nostalgia and happiness being in a place of loneliness and isolation, its like remembering an old memory you had as a kid but in a place that it doesn't belong in.
definitely a really good place to live. just don't make sure you stay awake for too long, or else, creepy entities called "Phantoms" will turn off the lights and bite the hell out of you. make sure you never dig straight down - who knows if doing that leads you to a dangerous level =). interact with the villagers, they're friendly *-as long as you give them emeralds-* always, and will make you company for *-the rest of your life-* the time being. consider making yourself a nice house too. a pro gamer never forgets making themselves a comfortable, good-looking home.
