What i did to focus:
-music only when i do something, ehen i sit n listen i d dont do it focusing then im in drugs on ears fr several hours of that on me when i tell you i tried n never again try less breaks every day, if i do something ok, imporgant is dont listwn to music you like and with singer... instrumental is all thats good and also when yku only focused listen when not stop it DONT HOLD IT SO LONG WHEN YOU ON BREAK or you get drugged by itself for muscles try war music modern bass onstrumentals that gives energy to work more but remember dont too much loud songs or deaf, what i like also to do is i put off headphones even if i dont listen when not focused stay good guys and for learning meditation that not too much addictive to listen.
