My guess is because a lot of produce is grown in Korean due to them still having a good amount of people who live as farmers, so a lot of their produce and meat is local
To me it's like the same as saying Florida Oranges, California oranges, Georgia peaches
Different places have different climates and growing conditions so it produces differences in the food itself, also some foodstuffs are indigenous to those places. Like pears, korean pears are like a whole meal while some other pears are like puny babies
Who knows, they have probably noticed some differences or maybe it’s just a habit like what we do in America with different state grown produce. Just ranting but u got me thinking about it & ive noticed some difference in the past myself.
Idk, but their might be a difference like the Cali oranges which are different from Columbian & Honduran & Israel’s oranges. Cali’s are dryer then both, tougher & thicker peel. Israel’s taste a bit stronger got a thinner peel. Columbia’s & Honduras oranges are juicier, thin peel & sour most have a very thick peel too. Just an observation, but I think it also make a difference depending on the region of each country. If it closer to the ocean/sea or closer to rivers or far from both.
