Ok but why would sun be evil like in the game he's just a daycare Attendant that is energetic and fun like do people really hate sun to make him a villain? Because that don't make sense he's a protagonist of the game moon is the antagonist and sun wouldn't just be like "oh here's the kid vanny! :)" and let her walk off with the kid. No. Sun protects the kids and makes sure their happy and safe moon on the other hand he's then one looking after the children when they have a nap time but he was hacked so why does sun have to be evil?
I can see both sides of this. Not just in this AU, Sun is the infected one instead of Moon. But them being one body, Sun seems to get more of a life than Moon. It seems like there's so much daytime and not enough night time for poor Moon. But I feel that before Moon got infected, back when they still had nap times in the Daycare, that there were a handful of kids that loved Moon for protecting them against the monsters in their imagination and dreams. That he would comfort and soothe any kids that woke because of a nightmare. That there were some kids that had loved Moon, perhaps even more than Sun. Then, probably because of the Glitchtrap infection, Moon did things he regretted to kids he loved so much. And it only hurt more when nap time was canceled cause Moon wouldn't have been able to make any new friends when he's cut off from seeing anyone yet still having a caretaker Ai inside of him. That must have torn Moon up so badly that he was forced away and he couldn't make a life for himself. Hell, we don't even know at all if Sun and Moon could talk mentally to each other or if that's just pure fan fic feature so the two could talk to themselves but not out loud. Back to the video, it was awesome! At least Moon had one fan and he got to spend sometime with her before Glitchtrap, Vanny, and Sun ruined it for him. I'm sure he cherished that toy of himself that she had dropped ever since because he was unable to save her so keeping her toy is the closest thing he'll have to remember her by.
This was so much more upsetting than I thought it would be. Your animations always inflict emotions within me but the way that Sun turned around and gave the girl away was devastating when I thought that Moon's perception of him was false and he was actually helpful. I don't know what I was expecting but this video was amazing.

It would have actually been good if at the last hour of the game when Gregory has to run toward the exit, Moondrop actually grabs him and reveals he wants to help Gregory escape before the lights come back on and *Sunrise* is free to chase and grab him!
I love how even tho Sun is portrayed as the bad half in this its mainly cause of Moon’s jealousy and because they’re both controlled by Vanny/Afton where Sun just surrenders kids when asked while Moon in canon is encouraged to hunt
So from what I've learned that Moon was fully aware of the situation, while (from my point of view) was actually like put to sleep and only comes out when the lights are on, seeing how Moon was only shown in person much longer than Sun. Also, Sun thought Vanny was a parent/guardian of the little girl, seeing how he tried to wave at the girl while she was getting dragged away, seemingly not knowing whats about to happen to her. I'm gonna guess that he wasn't programmed to know about weapons, because he was built to babysit children, and how calm he seems about Vanny holding the knife, likely not aware of it being a dangerous object. Almost forget to mention, love the swapped role where Moon was trying to help the girl instead of Sun

진짜 여러번 돌려봤습니다. 영상 앞부분에 썬이 아이들을 부모님에게 돌려보내는 듯한 장면이 있었는데 마지막에 문이 썬으로 변했을 때도 똑같이 아무렇지 않게 여자아이를 바니한테 보내는 장면이 너무 소름돋고 천재적이라는 생각이 들었네요. 또 이 이야기 배경이 그레고리 사건 (정식 시큐리티 브리치)이전이라면 문이 여자아이를 지키지 못한게 제때 재우지 못했기 때문이라는 강박 때문에 계속 그레고리를 재우려고 한 것 아닐까 싶습니다.

Tbh, this feels kinda accurate. Sun basically traps you in the daycare. Moon traumatized many children that was probably not his intention. So he was probably just angry and tried to attack you.

Wow, I love that. The concept that, while Sun does fight it sometimes and Moon as well, they both can be killers, even if all they do is hold you down to give you away to Vanny for whatever she wishes. I feel so bad for Moon, he's not meant to be scary, but a simple voice change and light setting (essentially, I see the red eyes as some sort of night vision system since he's designed to be in the dark, and the deep and guttural voice he has as an edit, he'd normally likely whisper) makes him terrifying even when he only does his job. I love that he's able to interact with and be kind to children even when they're up past their bedtimes, so nice to see he has that side. Also, while I normally don't particularly enjoy the strange mesh of combining flesh-like movements onto an animatronic's face, it works... pretty well on Sun and Moon. I do also quite enjoy that it switches to how their face _really_ looks sometimes, showing that, while not everything is inaccurate, these somewhat more organic forms are all in the minds of the animatronics, just like the visions of Glitchtrap and Sun throughout.
I love the role reversal for the two. I do honestly feel bad for moon,I see so many animatics and animations where kids are scared of him even tho he just tries to help. These animations are so good.
Yeah this is basically true since every animatronic (except Freddy apparently) is really nice, they're just hacked and controlled. Since Moon is really nice and he's in charge of making kids sleep with lullabies and other stuff

I swore that the moon would deliver her but it wasn't the sun, that's why the moon is my favorite
An interesting look at how the Moon isn't always the bad guy, Sun's naiveté was the cost of many lives too it seems.

Wow, I love that. The concept that, while Sun does fight it sometimes and Moon as well, they both can be killers, even if all they do is hold you down to give you away to Vanny for whatever she wishes. I feel so bad for Moon, he's not meant to be scary, but a simple voice change and light setting (essentially, I see the red eyes as some sort of night vision system since he's designed to be in the dark, and the deep and guttural voice he has as an edit, he'd normally likely whisper) makes him terrifying even when he only does his job. I love that he's able to interact with and be kind to children even when they're up past their bedtimes, so nice to see he has that side.
Also, while I normally don't particularly enjoy the strange mesh of combining flesh-like movements onto an animatronic's face, it works... pretty well on Sun and Moon. I do also quite enjoy that it switches to how their face _really_ looks sometimes, showing that, while not everything is inaccurate, these somewhat more organic forms are all in the minds of the animatronics, just like the visions of Glitchtrap and Sun throughout.
Why do these animations always make me tear up. There so good and so sad.

I love the role reversal for the two. I do honestly feel bad for moon,I see so many animatics and animations where kids are scared of him even tho he just tries to help. These animations are so good.

Yeah this is basically true since every animatronic (except Freddy apparently) is really nice, they're just hacked and controlled. Since Moon is really nice and he's in charge of making kids sleep with lullabies and other stuff

This is interesting because one would think that the fact that Sun is not asked for anything is also consistent with the fact that his eyes have no irises and are all white whereas Moon who has irises in his eyes has aware of what is happening around him
