Try fitting Thistle Tea into a deck like this. Your opponent will think you're dead, out of cards, and then you play Giant -> Gang Up (x2) -> Thistle Tea -> Giant, Giant, Giant all one the same turn.. and suddenly you're no longer out of cards and they have 9 giants to deal with in the next few turns.
I'm waiting for the day I come to RUclips, check Kripps channel, and see that he's rekindled his playing of Magic and is doing Pro Tour and Grand Prix events and whatnot. 10/10 would watch Kripp break MTG Drafting for days

I've been trying variants of arcane giant rogue! My deck is similar to this but has more early game minions. I only have one arcane giant tho and instead, put in questing adventurer. In addition, I noticed whilst playing a similar deck to this, early game is really weak. Against zoolock and aggro shaman, I got rekt.
This vid gave me super Deja Vu, I'm sure there was a rogue deck that Kripp made after WOG came out about ganging a huge minion with a section called "missing that lightbomb"
75% winrate with anything is strange. I don't know if that figure it right but if it is "he's just good at the class" doesn't really explain it away, that's an extremely high value.

@krip pretty much any half decent card from the old sets is worth money. might wanna go through you road cards and see if you have a hidden gem. tarmagyph only went down recently cause it was reprinted and is still worth like 100$ so you could have other hidden gems :)
Thalnos kobold geomancer, van cleef is your second win condition if malygos fails. Or you know, just create druid deck... you know, I heard fandral is op
at 22:06 the priest never silenced the 7/7 yet it was able to attack after healing turned to damage. there is no silence effect on it, it can't attack. cheating or bug?
See the thing about thalnos is this. He is probably the best two drop for burn heavy spell decks, but no you don't "need" him it's just best to have him. Loot Hoarder or Kobold Geomancer are the two obvious choices. I personally would go Geomancer but give both a go. The deck shouldn't lose that much efficiency.
Ha, funny. I run mindslaver combo in my tron deck. Theyre worth less now because you can only feasibly run the combo in modern, and its way to slow there. Unless you build a deck that slows down the game to a hold and you can draw the combo eventually.
Oh Kripp I love when you talk about MTG. "[Tarmogoyf] was ok, it wasn't anything like mindblowing." Poor, innocent Kripp has never played against Jund and been beaten down by a 2 mana 7/8. Tarmogoyf is basically the 4 mana 7/7 of Modern.
BM hasn't been entertaining for years, everyone has already seen just about every possible form of it millions of times. It's just a boring way to waste your opponent's time now.

16:08 is not a misplay if you wanted to play both giants. You would not have had the mana to conceal later while playing both giants and gang up

nowadays there is a mindslaver combo deck with the urza lands and academy ruins on mtg
