He looks more at where those ruts come from, and it is a prayer for help in making the needed changes to live a better, happier life. BTW, I am not recommending you jump the gun to view that one - taking the journey is a good idea. Happy is something to look forward to - just don't expect from the title that it will be 'Walking on Sunshine.'
