This is the first sky guitar song I have finished. Its taken about a year of on and off playing. Thank you for giving me an appreciation for classical and latin music : )
As an Argentinian who left his country too early in his life and has always played jazz, I really appreciate you've done this. I really do. I will definitely learn it and you can't possibly imagine all the 'firulete' I will add to it. Thank you very much!
Thank you very much for the work you´re putting in your videos! I love how you´re building up your lessons. Play the piece, than play it slowly with tabs and two camera angles of the guitar. That works absolutly perfect for me! I went through all your classical pieces and already found some more i like!
I think I can learn from these videos . They give the staff musical notation and I don't know how he does it but the fret hand finger tips are easily seen . The host doesn't rely on figuring diagrams which is am totally confused by and above all frustrated by in that they are oriented opposite of how I think the view should be

I have just scrolled through your list of lessons and it is amazing, however you have missed one of the most beautiful melodies namely, Wild Mountain Thyme also known as Will you go lassie go. Thank you in anticipation.
Hi, I've been loving what you are doing. Thank you so much for your efforts! I would very like to know what is behind (or not) of the idea at the very beginning intro. -Why not using 4th finger instead of 3rd finger on 3rd string(G) 7th fret(D)? I am using my 4th finger so I can use my 1st finger on 4th fret(G#) at 1st string(E). I've listened to other artists and they all are doing as you are. Am I missing something about this or is it OK to do as I explained? Thank you & keep up the good work!
Thank u soooo much Sky, I am so grateful for all yr vids🙏🏻🤗 I also learned this one successfully from u 😀. One thing I noticed though: The first normal part is played by a person and the slow lesson part is played by someone else, right? (There is a difference of hands and fingers 🤔). what does ras. mean in the sheet music ? Also I have some difficulties with strumming patterns. Is there a tutorial or something I can watch ? (I play without nails however, so I'm sure that might influence it)
Rasguedo. There's plenty of tutorials on it on RUclips. It's a bit tricky, but fortunately the Rasguedo pattern here is just a simple down strum with all your fingers. None of the fancy flamenco Rasguedos.

Where is there so many versions of this piece of music? Which one is the original? Does it matter?
The original was written in 1916, but I think generally there's often poetic license with a lot of folk music.
