Caught a snake trying to get in my truck! Went to help dad run the lull while he puts tin on the house and barn. As always, my videos are just updates! Full videos are in dad’s channel!

Been fasting for the past year. Doing the OMAD just one meal a day. So pretty much 22-23 hours no food every single day. Down 73lbs changed my life. Keep up the good work.
I'm sorry but I kind of eat less than she does and I stopped eating because I only weigh lb 130 lb when I go to work I don't never eat lunch cuz I need the hours every minute of it I tried to put in 12 hours a day 12 * 30 is what.

Hannah don’t ever apologize for being yourself. Bullies and miserable people want that. Don’t give them the satisfaction. Bullies only want one thing - validation. Miserable people only want one thing - for you to be miserable just like them. Don’t appease either. I just subscribed to yours and your dad’s channel because you are both so genuine and likable. I'm on my annual spring water fast right now March 1st till March 30th at midnight. No food just water and toothpaste enter my mouth. I do it every spring and for the month of November. This time around as of today March 24th I've lost 30 pounds exactly which is the most I've ever lost in a 30 day water fast and it's only the 24th. It's not for everyone and you have to have strong will power which I do. When I start to eat on the 31st I won't be able to eat full meals for several days seeing that my stomach has shrunk so much so all I can do is eat small amounts at a time. Keep up and good luck with the intermittent fasting Hannah.

I eat between 430-6pm... and then fast rest of day.... no problem... I melt and lean out super fast... do that with no sugar and I can the lacroix sparkling waters! But key is no sugar! Big gains

We had some of that metal roofing cut down and used it for Under-Pinning around our shed to keep the critters out, it turned out pretty darn good and makes it look more permanent.... I love the little truck, I've got a 6.0 LS engine waiting to go in one as soon as I can find the right 4x4 truck, I also have solid axles to put under one.... It would be a cool little mud/ woods truck, and you are right they do look just like Tonka Trucks.. I may have to Raptor liner mine yellow.... LMAO...! PRECIATE-CHE, LOL

I cooked sausages one morning in the camp trailer and I soaked the sausages in Maple whisky needless to say the pillows at night smelt like Maple!! not a bad thing to go to sleep in!

You can tell Merle got a bath. My lab just couldn't wait to roll around in the dirt the second she got outside after a bath. Grandma wouldn't let any dog in the house. She'd say you don't let chickens or goats or mules in the living room. Times have changed. For the better.

Hannah have you thought about using a 20 foot shipping container for your kitchen? Plenty of space for an oven/stove benches and storage space. They are also pest proof and waterproof. Just make sure to not let the paint burn on the inside

I do the same eat 11am -7pm and keep intake reasonable and its been pretty good. No covid-15(lbs)... kept the weight off, but I've been doing it for long time now.

Cabbage soup Hannah 1000 cal a day , Best thing to stay trim I lost 265 lbs , I tried these Lean quisean meals NG - Found Cabbage Canned tomatoes or fresh , cream Corn ,peppers if want - Salt-Pepper lean ham pces. 3 bowls daily Rooty toot a bit but great for the system cook 1.5 hr YUM Gonna have some right now .
Ok, I'm actually impressed with FlexPro Meals. All the options make it easy to customize a meal plan for my personal Intermittent Fasting routine (8 on 16 off with 2 full fasting days on Monday and Thursday.) I ordered the 21 meal plan every 2 weeks which is perfect since I eat only 2 meals a day on my meal days. I've wanted to try meal service to better track calories, but to get 20% off on top was a huge kicker for me to actually do it. Thank you, Hannah and FlexPro Meals! I'll let you know how it works out.
