You don't have to worry about private harbor fronts. Several years ago people with private beaches started to fence off their little private beach. I did not take the government long time to put a legislation. So now you have access to private beaches too. You can pass, you can sit down on your blanket and you can take a dip. You can NOT spend the night. If you see a sign with "Private beach and no access", ignore it. The same will go for harbor side. As you properly has found out now, the nature is for us all.
