Ok obviously engineers make over $100k for most of their career but credit must be given for showing someone who started under $100k turning to real estate before their income rose.
Editing needs more work, terms and names pop out of nowhere, questions get asked with answers that are way out in left field, he's obviously answering something else.
I’m sorry but $500 a month profit on a 500k property is pretty awful. There are so much better and easier ways to make money. But they were young, live and learn I guess.
But they have almost no money left in any of the deals so the return is not just the cashflow. The BRRR'd most of these to get their money back so that same capital was used on repeat.

100,000 k in a 5 percent savings will get your u that

Good job but how do you FI with 1.5M? That won't last long at all.
idk you ever hear the word interest
Uhhh, live on $75,000 and the balance will probably still go up
Compound interest magic will grow 1.5 fantastically!
Heart mirrror. Should we say woman friend❤😮😅
So he’s insanely overleveraged on a bunch of properties that don’t really cash flow anything. Yikes.
