    Ok obviously engineers make over $100k for most of their career but credit must be given for showing someone who started under $100k turning to real estate before their income rose.

    I’m sorry but $500 a month profit on a 500k property is pretty awful. There are so much better and easier ways to make money. But they were young, live and learn I guess.

      ​@@ygbodybuilder3023no it wouldn't. You'll come up about $1000 short. Plus you won't have loan pay down nor will you benefit from depreciation.

      But they have almost no money left in any of the deals so the return is not just the cashflow. The BRRR'd most of these to get their money back so that same capital was used on repeat.
