There's always that one character in anime who is 50 times more badass than the main character, thay needs waaaay more screentime. Hiko is an awesome example of that.
His limited screentime was intentional. He was on a completely different level in terms of power, and he couldn't get involved too much or there wouldn't be any tension, since he would have defeated any of the villains almost instantly. That's why his only real fight in the series is against a giant, and after the Kyoto arc he goes out of his way to say he won't help Kenshin again.

Nobuhiro Watsuki fue un genio al no mostrar siempre a Hijo Seijuru, pero con la simple presencia en sus apariciones y los diálogos que se hacían hacia el, el espectador sabía que por encima de Saito, Aoshi, Shishio, Enishi y Kenshin, estaba Hiko Seijuru.
this theme has so much weight behind it, just cannot explain it in words, ESPECIALLY when he came to the aid of the Aoiya and fighting Fuji, that got me jumping out of my couch holy heck!
would love to see him take on enishi, seta, shishio, saito, aoshi, okita, jinei, shogo, the 2nd squad leader of the shensengumi and kenshin in a 10v1 match to see if they last over 10 min, I doubt they would but it would be fun to watch

Hiten Misturugi requires a ton of upper body strength and speed so imagine if Kenshin didn't fight with the Bakamatsu and he completed his training he probably be, as his master said the strongest of swordsmen. However with just the speed alone and little body strength Kenshin was a monster.
