Please allow time for yourself…. Everything and everyone needs fuel to keep moving. So I challenge you on the next vlog you show us what you in a day for a week. We want you to stay healthy and whole.
Your skin needs more hydration. Focusing on simply hydration will clear your acne. I would recommend adding hyaluronic acid (it’s great to use right before your moisturizer, don’t rub it in just pat it on your skin and let it soak into your skin for at least 30 secs before you rub in your moisturizer) and buy some snail mucin to add to your your routine :) lastly, I would recommend the la roche posay TRIPLE repair moisturizer, it’s similar to the double repair you have but the triple is even more nourishing and make your skin glowwww! Yes! Keeping a minimal and hydrating routine has been helping so much! This was a month ago and my skin is doing better ♥️
@@AngwiTacho yay!! I forgot to say, are you using sunscreen? If not, definitely add it to your routine! SPF 30 and up is good + SPF 50 and up is even better! I recommend using la roche posay MINERAL sunscreen and I’ve heard good reviews about black girl sunscreen.

Try floradix, it’s liquid iron and girllllllllll it makes your hair soo thick. Also get blood work done. I was vitamin d and iron deficient and my hair was doing the same thing. Also incorporate more fresh fruits and greens in your diet.

I use Cetaphil face wash for my feminine parts instead of honey pot since they switched. Also Whole Foods sells organic pads and wipes. Been using for the past 2 years. Great stuff.

Try tracking the seasons when you’re eating less to your break outs. Because as a fellow acne warrior vitamin deficiencies can badly affect your acne and hair of course.

I lived in LA for a bit, the week I moved I had a migraine for weeks straight. God showed me it was totally spiritual - won’t you know, prayed it off and I was good! Maybe that’ll help 😘.
Try eating fruits and making smoothies (w oats) to make up for the limited eating. You can also go and check for the H.pylori stomach bug, it will mess with your appetite, skincare, and mood.

Last year I had really bad skin and my mom suggested i try birth control, my skin cleared out, i also stopped drinking coffee and drank water, I'm off the b control because i gained weight but my skin adjusted ❤❤❤❤

Omg Angwi I had the same issue with my skin! I guarantee you are allergic to your pillow case and skin care routine!!! Buy a new pillow monthly (I use Blue Whale from Walmart) and don’t put a pillow case on it! Wear a bonnet. Try the Cerva light blue clear bottle and drink a lot more water! Don’t ever touch your face unless you’re washing it. If brands send you skincare don’t use all that stuff it will ruin your skin.

Angwi Try using Cetaphil and get some Palmers cocoa butter oil for your face moisturizer.Use only those two thats what i use it works wonderful my skin is Amazing 😊
You should really try using the naturium salicylic acid body wash as a facial cleanser (it says on the bottle it works as one as well). This seems like the only thing that helped me maintain my hormonal acne, which flared up so much after a big move and stressors similar to you. This and also a rescue facial from Burke Williams changed my skin for the better!! Hope it can help for you

Apparently dove isn’t soap but a “beauty bar” as written on the packaging. Still have zero clue what all that means even with googling lol. That’s probably why you notice the difference from dial soap that strips the skin from oils etc.
One, hopefully I am not prematurely saying this but this move to LA was definitely a God move. You’ve already have been invited to amazing events. And two. I use the L brand and haven’t looked back. I tried to use Always organic and it failed me. I immediately went back to the L brand

You could be lacking protein to , that would make your hair shed and thin, but i love your hair ❤

Hey boo! Love all your vlogs❤I had the same skin and hair issues. Just wanted to offer some things I did that cleared my hormonal/cystic acne and helped my hair. For skin no amount of topical/surface skin care helped I spent so much $ on high/low end products at sephora/drug store..you name it I tried it...also all the home remedies or "good diet" didn't help either bc it's hormonal acne..the only thing that helped was seeing a professional dermatologist (not esthetician) who prescribed products with tretenoin which causes the skin to actively resurface with new skin so not only does it clear acne, but it also is like a youth serum. My dermatologist also prescribed Accutane(isotretonin) for what I was experiencing which looks identical to what you're going through. It's a regulated medication, but my friend and I have seen a tremendous difference in our skin since 4 yrs ago when we first took it. With your hair I'd suggest staying away from any heat and added hair that requires glue/leave out. Even the best "stylist, hair care specialist" should know not to apply any heat when hair is that damaged. It's begging us to make it rest. My hair had experienced soooo much damage and it's been restored to a healthy density since I started washing it every 2-3 weeks doing 4 low tension flat twists and wearing some cute wigs with no glue/leave out etc. Sorry for the rant but I feel your frustration and hope that what I offered doesn't overstep any parasocial boundary, just wanna give you some alternatives that truly changed my skin and hair for the better!❤ blessings dawl 🙏🏾😊

Stop stressing yourself about posting time, the fact is you live on the west coast so post on your time. You have over 200K followers whenever you post they will watch. I am slim like you so EAT. You have to eat because I take’s one cold or illness and we’re down to 100lbs. Find a doctor, get bloodwork to check on your Iron and overall health. Nutrafol helps with hair growth but check your Health before you take anything. Take care of yourself

Muscle weighs more than fat, you exercise a lot but if you’re not eating you’re losing more fat and then your muscles will suffer. As for your height and figure, people carry fat differently. You can look skinny bc you were not lifting.
