I always struggle with the 4C view.
Can you tell me what I’m doing wrong?
My indicator is pointing to the bed. And my sector is the widest.
When I finally find the 4c I can’t see all my walls. What am I doing wrong?
Try also to place yourself apically, more towards the mid-axillary line. Also not all the patients have good views... all windows are different on every patient, but with practice Im sure you will make it.
This is awesome thank you sooooo much
@@HoneySoooFly My pleasure!
Is the probe angulation superiorly not inferiorly when going from Apical 4 to Apical 5 chamber? The motion is correct but the angling is relative to the head of the transducer.
That depends if you choose the head of the transducer or the cable as a guide... I always use the cable (tail)
Thank you.
🫀🫀🫀🫀🫀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Can you give advice on how to do this on bigger busted women?I struggle with that. I find the 4 chamber but as I rotate I lose my window.
Hello, this is very tricky, I always try to push a bit deeper but this can be painful for the patient, so try to get very good parasternals and try to help yourself with the rest of the views. Also if you can't get any apicals from the apical window, then try to get some off axis apicals from the parasternals... It's not ideal but try to get as much as you can, even if it is off axis is better than nothing. And ultimately, not all patients are suitable for echocardiogram and there is nothing you can do... Just report that: technically very difficult echo windows due to big pedunculated breasts...
Bye mam😊☺
Bye!!! Come back soon... 🤩
Bye 🌹
Haha Bye!!! 🫀🌞✨
Your voice quality is very poor
