Newest subscriber! I’ve been wanting to buy a few of these feeders for a while but have read a lot of bad reviews. Have you had any issues with the corn getting stuck in the feeder plate?
Yes I had a few issuesI took it back and got another one it was easy to do. So far all my game winner feeds are working. I do have to replace one motor this spring but other than that happy. Thank you for subscribing and viewing
I would really wish you would have shown the game feeders working. I would have liked to see how the feed comes out and how long it does it for. Great video otherwise though, thank you.
So I just bought one of these and tested it with a new 6V battery and it worked fine empty. I took it to the field and put 6 40 pound bags of corn in it. Ran a test and it threw corn for a few seconds and reported that a jam had occurred. I set the timer to activate in about 2 minutes from the current time. It didn't work and reported a jam. the motor is not jammed and the plate spins freely. Am i just going to have to upgrade to 12 volt? Does anyone have the same issue and what did you do to solve it?
How did you compare this one with the 250lb round feeder? Thinking about grabbing 2 of them at academy sports. Only one they have in stock. Also we have a few bears at our lease so wondering how it will hold up to them and hogs
Same issue. Worked for maybe a week and blew the motor. Now trying to find a replacement motor. This is proving difficultt. So, a 350.00 piece of crap.

I had that jamming problem after a little over a year...
Yep, anytime it rains the corn and dirt get stuck under the spinner plate and it won’t go off
Hey George - Love your videos…You’re just very real. Stay blessed!! Jim

It looks like all your bolts and spacers that hold the plate on are installed. Did they just work loose?
Is it 6 or 12 volt motor
6

Bought one of these for my dad and it sucks. Keeps piling up corn on that plate and motor won't spin. Have you had some of the same issues?
Can u convert it to a 12volt?

That is my hesitation in buying. Thought about taking a grinder to the plate as we don't have many varmints on lease to prevent the buildup
Is it sloped on the inside or flat?
Flat on teh main base the lid has a slight slope. I used a level when I put it back up so I am good now
