I've been dealing with depression/anxiety especially hard due to recent trauma and searched all over RUclips to help sleep. I've tried listening to white noise, lo-fi beats, etc. And nothing worked til this 🥺 it had been 3 straight days with about 5 hours sleep cumulative but last night I fell asleep right away. 🖤 This is so beautiful thank you so much for sharing lovely

you should totally FaceTime :) I have a friend who sings and plays to me whenever I'm tired and I just sleep on call, and I'm I've been in a long distance relationship for a while. we just talk at night until we both fall asleep :) it's not the same as being together in person but it's still a great alternative :)
