    Contains highlights, interviews and even the dream team song recording footage.
    Upscaled to 1440p and frame rate doubled to 50fps.
    Any drop outs or jittery images are due to ageing of the VHS tape.

    I uploaded this to share the joy that I get everytime I watch the glory days of Singapore football. It never fails to bring about nostalgia and warmth to my heart. Hopefully fans of Singapore football will be able to experience such a wonderful experience once again. Do share this video guys, spread the love.

      Nah, this is at the peak of corruption in Msian football. After this season, many were guilty & banned for life, one of them was the Selangor keeper; 1st goal- he just let the ball in (literally evading the ball) while the ball was straight in his path, the 2nd was more obvious; hes rushing out from his goal line unnecessarily n seems accidentally missed the catch, giving the ball to Abbas. Every team u played against till the final, had several players banned for life. Theres no glory in corruption. But if ure happy winning with corruption in mind, so be it.

    mase ni aku baru knal bola, tgk plk team negri aku phg kne rogol kt final.. sedih gile.. tp aku respect kt fandi ahmad.. dia hebat n humble.. mse awal 90an, dia pujaan.. 2012,jd coach bwk lions12, players muda2, jd champion liga super plk dh..kantoi jdt tahun ni sblm jd juara liga beruntun.. btul2 hebat la.. 2013 jumpa fandi dpn2 kt hotel, wlaupun aku pekerja, dia ckp baik2 sampai aku yg naik segan.. tabik fandi ahmad, antara yg terbaik di nusantara.. baik pencapaian maupun peribadi..

      Betul sgt rendah diri dan byk skill luar biasa… pernah train bwh dia dan abg Zainal di Pahang dulu. 4-0 final tu mcm mimpi ngeri sb abg Khairul mmg power time tu.

      yep... xblh nk mrh kt fandi sbb thun 92, dia dlm team phg n jd juara piala malaysia.. cuma yg sdikit ralat, fandi bkn org malaysia.. klo x, mgkin fandi akn lebih disanjung lg dlm mlysia kita ni... hahah

      FANDI juga sgt2 disayangi oleh smua lapisan rakyat Spura,smpai Madam Tussaud di Spore buat dia sebgai icon lilin. Kita anggap dia anak Spura yg mewakili Spura secara kesuluruhan (Spore Son)

    Malaysian cup give me tears in my eyes.... i was primary 4 that time.... i was there with my uncle and dad to witness singapore win the cup.... 3/4 of shah alam stadium was covered by singaporean.... it bring back old.memories.....

    I was one of the fans sitting and cheering in the 1994 Malaysia Cup finals. Everytime Singapore scored, I felt as if the stadium was going crumble from all the roaring screams of the Singapore fans!!!

    brings me so much joy and memories being there as a 14 yr old with my family and the die hard supporters of Singapore. It was a sea of red in Shah Alam that night and amazing atmosphere..

    Thanks for uploading. I was serving my NS as a recruit. Fortunate enough for some 'White Horse' recruits managed to ask for a 40inch tv for all of us to watch!
    Good to see some Malaysians legends too.
    If only the youngsters today can feel what we la ciao felt on that magnificient. day.

    RIP Ken Worden whom he passed away last year. When he shocked the public by his sudden resignation as Singapore's coach, I still remembered vividly TNP's distasteful headline asking him to "go to hell."

    I was in Sec. 2 during this season. No internet, no SNS. Best thing after school was going home on the SBS aircon bus, or quiet MRT with a copy of the NEWpaper reading about the Malaysia cup. This makes me cry. Great times. Miss those days.

    Great memories! Watched the final at a football party in a Uni friend's house. Place was rocking, as it probably was in many a household. A proud day for Singapore football.

    gone are those days.. when local fans so supportive of our singapore soccer team.. the stadium always fully packed, fans spending time and money to travel to msia for away games.. now singapore football has really go downhill.. heads must be rolled at FAS..

    Never again.. we may never experience this great footballing sensation again in our lifetime, with all the mismanagement by the politicians to score selfish points at the expense of our sport traditions.. even the National Stadium was torn down to replaced by the White Elephant & shopping mall now.. very sad...

    Been more than 2 decades ago I watched FA Cup final clash between Geylang United VS SAF in Geylang Stadium. Still remember after the match I was shake hand with a 6ft++ tall guy Croatia player already forgot which team he playing for?

      @@jasonl4218 i didnt say in 94..what i mean historicly..and by SG size and football association they alway included in malaysia tournament that how SG and Brunei national teams keep their players played for experienced for international duties
      Back then we didnt had alot of money invested in football and we malaysian never consider SG football foreign..they r part of our history more than brunei team

    When Singapore was serious about football. Now FAS are run and managed by part time clowns who call it SOCCER and build shit stadiums that host barely 200 per game. Football has regressed 90% since this golden era.
