I wanna preface by saying I love the design it looks great, but I feel this takes away Black Phantom's best aspect as a villain. You made him more like a hulking brute and not the cunning villain he was(for a kids TV villain). While BP was the lackey for someone else, he was behind the prison break initially. He almost had a flawless plan if Rocka wasn't the hero who took the spotlight because not only was he the rookie, but he's a part of the HRT(Hero Recon Team, basically elite squad). Again, I love the design, but it feels out of place for Black Phantom.
