Glad to see Harvey back. I rate him a lot.
Very good winger for us to interchange with Gordon and Miggy. Can shoot with both feet which is something we are severely lacking in our front 3 bar Isak.
I love Burn but playing him against the quickest player in the league this season was a mistake
Yeah, Eddie Howe is just playing his favourites over good players
Only exception is Lascelles used to be Eddie Howe's favourite and now he dropped Lascelles from the first team

@BAKON581 Lascelles played because Botman was injured. Its not about his favourites. This isn't high school man. He plays who HE believes are his best players. His selection may be wrong but it's not about favourites
Tactics wrong burn should of been left out when he was found out he couldn’t do anything with him he was beaten every time
Not a mistake. ..for the tactics point of view. ..tripier got run oveelap from the right side...big dan standby as a central back with botman and scharr help middle which has an option to shoot from long range😊
Keep the faith , Eddie is our man , players coming back will make all the difference, we get sixth place , brilliant . Let's not forget what we came from . Take your scarves, make the noise , up the mags , nufc .
Barnes is so underrated player, he scors so many goals to Leicester too

Livramento is right footed, Burn is left footed, wing back and inverted wing back would change massively to the tactics

Howe is lost he's lost sad because I wanted him to prove the doubters wrong but the media have won the battle that Howe is not a top Manager and will not have a future at the Club man I want him to prove everyone wrong but then he just shoots himself in thr foot again. If Eddie gets the sack its all his fault the owners have treated him so fairly and backed him every window but he don't play the players so he deserves the sack but he is a great Manager but a foolish man at the same time . I would not be surprised if he's wife found Dan Burn in her Bed waiting for her Husband

@@JordiBoy_ Bro Hall in he's first game against Man United he was pure class he's link up play was superb. And he's crossing was so good also hr defended well. After that he looks like he don't want to be there anymore I don't blame him because he has to play a certain amount of games for the deal to go through.

How Dan Burn continues to play week in week out when we have Tino who always outperforms him still baffles me to this day. Howe’s pissing me off with his favourites and poor in game management. Burn isn’t a starter, use him as a substitute!

I think we played really well. We got caught on the break and they obviously kept targeting Dan Burn. I think if this strategy continues against us it's going to become a bit awkward for Eddie as Tino is also very attacking which could imbalance the team.
Problem with BDB isn't exactly that he's attacking, it's more that he's incredibly slow. Trippier is even more attacking than BDB, but he's not slow, so he doesn't get caught.
Why doesnt tino deseve a shot at LB , teams see burn as our slow weak point and we get punished.

I am a nufc die hard fans since 1992 , by looking the way how nufc players all press too front and sacrified defending line , i know they definitely cant qualify champions league this season ! Just forget about it ! Howe should balancing attacking and defending line !
Newcastle scored 4 quality goals, we gave away 3 goals cheaply to Luton..
Luton gave cheap goals away also. Luton should of won it at the end.
My predictions were almost right, I guessed 4:1 for Luton Town, but I didn't know it was 4:4, sour sour😲😝, Barnes performed quite well, Gordon couldn't be expected, let alone Miley.
What can Eddie Howe do? He almost lost against an EPL debutant team, he wants to play against a championship club like Sunderland, then he can be dominant, he's too much of a clown, he's just a draw at home, what other excuse do you want, he's injured again...? Eddie has to explain what Burn has on him for his consistent game time despite his “disasterclass” for a performance every game. Ogbene had a field day over him. It happens weekly now. Play Livra on the left and bring back Lascelles for Botman. I’m tired of seeing us suffer defensively. Last season, we were one of the most consistent teams defensively, kept many clean sheets and conceded few goals. This season, awful stuff. Piss poor plus injuries. Yuck.
I agree until I saw Lascelles over botman 😂 Lascelles panics when the ball comes to him and is so 1 footed.. When he came in when botman was injured he had 3 decent games I'll give him that, then he went shite again

@kennyw218 we were winning 1-0, then 2-1. We blew the lead away 2 times before completely melting down and going 4-2 down. Then we finally replace burn with a quicker left back and played better, found ourselves at 4-4 at home, with momentum and 25-30mins left to get a winner, and we did not... it was a bad performance as a whole...

A huge tactical blunder by Howe to play Burn that cost NUFC three points. Nor has he been able to adequately his decision. Merely to reference Burn's previous excellent season and his performance against Aston Villa, does not justify putting him up against a winger whose speed left Burn for dead. He should have seen that coming, but Howe seems reluctant to make the changes necessary. He only reacted when the damage had already been done, and that's not good enough. Not at Premier League level. I fear though that Howe will continue to favour Burn over Tino Livramento for no other reason than misguided loyalty to one player at the expense of the entire team.
