- Last week we once again visited this great harvesting setup in the northern part of Denmark at the Kærgaarden. This harvest setup features a Case IH 9260 Axial-Flow with a 50ft. (15-meter) with MacDon FD2 50 Header on it. In this video they are harvesting wheat.

Nice long straight rows would be an ideal place to dump into the trucks on the go instead of running back and forth with tractors and gain carts to trucks.
Less tractor operators and maybe none.
Less augering of grain means less fines in the grain.
Unloading into trucks on the go while harvesting is done successfuly for some other crops.
With GPS; the unload auger spout could be tracking the centerline of the truck while dumping the grain
and the truck could be auto steered in sync with the combine to maintain the required distance and speed from the combines header.

Thats a mighty big threshing machine 😮😂
The Case is so short. I'm always afraid he comes up with his tail when lifting the header.
He should try cutting the wheat with the reel all the way up and its drive disengaged to see if the cut wheat would fall on to the belts in that nice weed free standing crop.
It looks like the reel is running a tad fast and hammering the wheat heads which causes shatter loss of the grain.
