💯true 😂😂😂 Most Indonesian men don't clean after themselves due to traditional cultural practice where it is always the female in the family who's responsible of doing the housechores. Led an all male team before & their desks where full of dust and empty snacks' packaging 🙄🙄 the cleaning service staff did not dare to touch the desks because it also had stacks of documents on it. I was new to the team & the youngest too, so I did not feel comfortable to tell them directly to maintain a clean desk. I ended up taking all the documents off the desks and asked the cleaning service staff to clean & tidy up the desks. Came Monday morning, one of the staff realised their desks had been cleaned, they felt sorry of the fact, and since then at least once every 2-3 days they clean up after themselves 😁😁 I considered myself lucky with the situation bcz the guys were willing to change without me needing to confront them directly😄😄
Same experience here. Indonesian ladies tend to work hard and most of the time keep smiling too. At the same time most Indonesians are pretty traditional keeping to long held believes, even to believes that stand no factual reality.
21:46 it's true. Indonesian man does not like house chores. The reason Indonesian women looking for foreigner nowadays.. foreigner more responsible and treat equally. Indonesian women are real and hardworking women.
waa I don’t know if the hongkongers have such a stereotype 😢 Actually we couldn’t generalize a huge nation like that 😢 Lazy people and diligent one always exist everywhere 😢
8:38 bro forgot to mention the important advice: "don't bang your employees. don't hook-up where you earn money😂" I'm sure creator of video knows that but just wanted to point it out
6:38 in general an average indonesian will have a lower work ethics than an average chinese or westerner...that's the truth. Most of indonesia is underdeveloped islands. Exception being all the big modern cities and maybe Bali
i've been working with indonesians for three years mostly employing VAs to sell small products from china to switzerland. during that time i worked with over 30 people and interviewed hundreds but most didn’t stay long. right now i have two balinese employees one for two years and one for one year. it took a long time to get them used to criticism and work independently. many just want to do their tasks and avoid responsibility even when overpaid. a close friend who has 600 employees in bali has the same experience
@eli_manguala Ask your VA's whether they are willing to work in a 5* star hotel environment including long hours and hard work. There you have your answer: different work ethics - different jobs. It also has a lot to do with your leadership skills my friend! If you suck as a leader, your staff might suck as well. Most managers do not have a single bloody freakin' clue how to lead and develop a team. These losers are the first ones to moan around how lazy everyone else is. Cheap Charly talk.🥱🤦👎
My staff has flexibke work conditions, less hours and makes more money than any employee of a 5 star hotel. my friend he's doing construction yes most of his employees are uneducated Tukang from Jawa timur so maybe that's why. Yes leading is hard but I could explain this work we do to an average swiss person and they'd run the whole thing by themselves while with indonesians even after years they prefer me to make the decisions for them. calling me a cheap charlie lol wondering how much you earn on full time job as a chef in indonesia?
your opinion overly positive...trying to get Indonesian followers? just at least try to mention some negative points of working in this developing country
