      இதுவரைக்கும் நான் try பண்ணினதில்லை. இன்னும் 2 days la try பண்ணிட்டு சொல்றேன். வாழைத்தண்டு Black ஆனாலும் taste மாறாது super ra தான் இருக்கும்

      Yes👍👍👍.But Poriyal goes well with rice ( sambar, Rasam,veg curries,non veg curries....)

      Because I bought old banana stem from the market no options on that day
      Always buy fresh valaithandu so that the color will not change

      If u immerse the cut banana stem into salted butter milk (neer more) assoon as ucut them, the colour wouldn't change.

      Try use rice water and soak them in it or slightly salted water... the color wont change
