what is the effect of phentolamine on light reflex and accommodation ?
Both will be present when you give phentolamine......which is a alpha-blocker, blocks alpha-1 receptor on radial muscle fibres of iris and unopposed action by M3 receptor on circular muscle fibres of iris will intact and thus light reflex and accommodation function will remain intact......
