@@divyaramkalawan9312 according to law. If you willing cause damage or body injury to another may it be via another person you are still liable for what happens. Op knew and did it to get revenge. She was trying to hurt the other girl. That's battery. BF can take the text to police and say he was used with out his consent as a weapon to try to kill another person. Then the other girl can say she tried to unalive her. Since op knew she was deathly allergic and did it for revenge. She can be charged. Now why I know this is because multiple lawyers on tik tok and RUclips have talked about this and said that in American she could be charged. I can't tell you in other countries.

Also any text, search history, or just being asked why she ate peanut butter right before doing things. After already eating and it being morning. Can be used against her. People have gone to jail for less. Though my statment is still true. Her intent was to hurt the girl.
