I could imagine that at one point during the planning of Primal's design, they were like "hey, we could give him his beast mode since it doesn't take much effort to transform him, we could make into a parts former" but then one dude just says "NAH that sounds stupid"
Hey Emgo! In your opinion which is the best version of Primal from the new movie that does transform? Do you think they will release a transformable masterpiece?
Hmmmm the blasted stand, I am not a fan. Love love love this figure, but the only way to have his feet flat on the floor without extending his thighs or ankles and still plug in that stand, is to have him leaning forward. I get that it sort of fits the character but if you want him in a more upright pose, it can't be done because the stand is just too darn big. Also, whilst I see the logic of lifting the but flap to put the stand in, the result is that the but fur sticks out horrizontally once the stand is in place and yes you might not look at it from the back, but it looks really odd to my mind none the less. That being said, I'm now at the poitn where in everything Threzero put out for Transforemrs, I snap up the preorders. Bad for my bank balance, good for my shelves.
Wow he looks better than what i thought i know people complain because threezeros dont transform im glad ill take the killer details over transforming anyday. Im an 80s kid our transformers transformed in like 5 to 7 steps now it says transform in 75 steps lol so i prefer it. I still wish they had him in ape form but hes still awesome!!!!!!!!!
Also to anyone complaining "It does not transform" I don't like that it does not transform either but the figures look great, a transforming figure would not be able to look like the movie version. If it really bothers you that much just buy this and a masterpiece Primal, will cost you more but than you at least can pretend that this figure transforms. It is what I would if wanted to play with them.
Im really stuck on this guy... I just don't think the ROTB Primal design really works well as a Transforming design, theres just too much mass-shifting between modes so having two non transforming versions of him seems to be the way to go but I dont really wanna spend over $200 each for every maximal in both modes...
As much as I like Emgo and he's the reason I'm keeping up to date with Transformers, the second I see 3-0 in the title, my eyes rolls. They look cool and stuff, but I won't bother buying a Transformer that don't transform.

Never been a huge fan of how the movie bots look, so don't collect them, but I must admit, this dude looks pretty damn good.

Mascot knows what is good....Primal Rage is indeed a classic and sadly there is no remake or new instalment in sight.

There isn't anything to transform with this. This only comes in robot form.
