Worked in IT for over 20 years. Never came across this function or was asked about it from Admin staff. Retired and now using it daily thanks to you 😂

Options are not available as described. No three dots in the Nav bar. There are three in the bar along the top of the screen but it doesn't offer those options either. The three dots on the email itself don't offer those options either. No clipboard icon either. The only icon available under the More icon is Note and that does not give you the ability to create sticky notes. I'm using the web-based version and tried the desktop version.

Thanks for your comment! On the web-based version, you can find the Notes on the left pane under the Folders section. It is located below the Archive. If you couldn't find it in the desktop version, perhaps it is because we have different versions installed. What do you have on your computer?

@@ezy-connect5337 Thanks for your reply. Not sure how to find the version of Outlook but the web version was reinstalled yesterday, so It should be current. I still don't have the bar across the top that MS shows when it explains how to access Notes or Add Note. I haven't found a way to display one either. The only thing up there is my bookmark bar.
There are no three dots under Files on the left side of the screen either. I've scrolled all the way to the bottom and minimized the folder list. No joy with either version, PC based or web-based. ????
