I have problem in my stomach where I can't inhale properly , it could be because my stomach is too tight to breathe in,
I need ur help,
And wonder have you ever face that situation just like I did
And how do I overcome it
Even though I can sing well but my breathing hurts

I dont know how she can stay so serious when doing those examples. It was very funny. Freya I have a problem and need your help, when I sing my soft palate and throat get very dry, I drink water and doesnt work, and then when days have passed my throat is sore. Could you help me to fix that please
my teacher always suggests to gently squeeze on your pinkie in order to get more saliva in your mouth

I’m guilty of looking like a penguin when I sing high notes - straight up to the sky, lol. I’m concentrating on relaxing my shoulders and neck and looking straight forward. I need to relax, open up, shoulders back, and prepared for the note.
