its not the DPS, its the style of play.. they are more or less meant to drop their E on cooldown to apply consistent pressure .. countdown is just mainly to indicate "if" they have their E then they can drop it on the target im locking down. Its something we testing out / still not refined.
for small scale 4 man.. you can have the classic perma, carvin, healer and bloodletter/infernal scythe or something like healer, bloodmoon, heron spear and infernal scythe.
