Hi Frank it looks to be another winner but can I suggest one substitute use no-salt to cut down on the sodium and low salt butter.
I always use unsalted butter at least. Kevin loves his salt...me, not so much.

How did you pick the names for your sweet puppies? Is Delilah named after the Tom Jones song? 😉 you two should also do s vlog about your pups. Do people cruise with their animals? Have you two?
Thanks Tim !! Only a few cruise lines allows animals. We picked their names based on the ABC alphabet. Abby was my cat. Baby was her daughter. (cats passed away a few years ago) Cici, our chihuahua. Delilah, our poodle/bichon frise mix. Like children...Kevin would not want to vacation with the puppies. I WOULD THOUGH !!

Frank I just watched this and it looks fantastic! I’m going to make this for dinner this week 👍 One question.... I have to be careful with spicy foods with my stomach. Can you really taste the crushed red pepper or should I just eliminate that ingredient? 🤷♀️
Hi Jill...the roasted red peppers aren't really spicy....just very flavorful. Without them....the dish just isn't right.
