That s why I choose to stay here 15 years ago... Cambodian are very good people. Even those who don t have a lot, they will always make sure to share with you. I love my new country ❤️🙏
Khmer people are honest people by nature. They will make sure to give your change back and not overcharge you and get out of their to make sure you get your change. Sometimes, too honest for their own good when dealing with the Thais or Vietnamese.
Thank you so much for the visit my beautiful country And thank you for your promote my country yeah Cambodia small country but all the people in Cambodia they have big heart ❤️ you can tell when they smile they mean like welcome to Cambodia 🇰🇭
Man them SE people are beautiful, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore those people are amazing.
@ take the ferry to Lvea Aem, I think 500 riels for person walking on, at the other side walk up from the ferry about 100 meters to rent a bike at the bike shop, ride along highway 380 downriver and you’ll pass villages and temples with really friendly people. Some biking clubs like to go this way. Or rent a bike in PP and take the ferry with a bike, I think 1000 riels to cross.
The lady was trying to tell you about Om Bok. Hardly known to tourists or the Internet. It's basically dried flatten rice. Usually served mixed with banana or coconut juice. Very much local snack during this season. Mannn, now I'm craving it.
Thx so much, Chrish. You bring a lot of smiles to Cambodian people. IDC whether who else would give their s**t opinion to you, but you are a good content creator who is very cheerful to Cambodian ppl
Thanks you so much Mr. Chris for this amazing video to heads Phnom Penh, Cambodia to tours many amazing places on the streets to explained the history & culture of the country in this great video in November of 2024❤❤❤
Hi Chris, there are 3 flags you mentioned. The first one with 6colors is represented the Buddhism, the middle one is represented the country, and the last one with blue color is represented the King. These 3 are our Motto.
The boats was built by a single tree and can carry up to 80 people or more. This year there are four hundred boats came from different provinces joining the race.they’re practicing the festival every year in November or following the full moon of lunar calendar .
I would like to visit Cambodia but not so much the capital. I like a bit of a quieter slower pace area but still touristy. What city in Cambodia should I be looking at? Thanks Chris.
Hi, nice to see you here! The middle flage with red, blue and white temple is about national, the first one about religion ( 90% of Cambodian are buddhism the last one with blue and gold symbol is mayor of Cambodia ( royal king as we have king rules the country). Slogan for country: National - Religion - King Welcome to Cambodia!😊
i hope you like and love cambodia thank so much all your video about cambodia and khmer people and i hope to see you again on Angkor sangkran ( khmer new year ) you will suprise what you see on that . love❤
Hello Chris.... If you stay in Phnom Penh for the second day Why not go to Royale University of Fine Art and check it.... The students celebrate the festival there with a Ceremony and all the fun activities... The place is Basically just behind the National Museum .... I'm sure you'll have a blast...
Hello Chris, First of all I would like to express my warm welcome to you for your visiting Cambodia again. In 16:15 I got your question about the blue flag next to Cambodia's flag. It's Royal Standard of the King of Cambodia (Monarchy of Cambodia) . The Monarchy of Cambodia is the constitutional monarchy of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The King of Cambodia is the head of state and head of the ruling Royal House of Norodom. In the contemporary period, the king's power has been limited to that of a symbolic figurehead. The monarchy had been in existence since at least 50 AD except during its abolition from 1970 to 1993. Since 1993, the king of Cambodia has been an elected monarch, making Cambodia one of the few elective monarchies of the world. Have a good day
Mr. Chris:I am looking forwards for your next remarkable videos this week from Phnom Pehn, Cambodia to shows some amazing videos on the streets in November of 2024❤❤❤
Today is the first day of Water Festival until 16 November, there are hundreds of long boats racing in Phnom Penh, Cambodia 🇰🇭. Happy Bon Om Touk ( Water Festival )to all! ❤
Chris, thank you for sharing to the foreigners how Phnom Penh is, a lot of foreigners are misconceptions about our country. And Om Boke is call crispy rice flake.
To answer your question on the Water Festival dates, we count per Lunar Calendar, so each year the date quite a little different. However, almost the same in November. 😊
The 3 flags that you seen, it reffer to our Cambodia Motto "ជាតិ សាសនា ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ Nation(Cambodia Flag which has Angkor Wat in the middle) Religion(Buddhism is a state religion) King(The blue flag)
Hi Chris ,thank you so much for your sharing and your kind hearted to our beautiful kingdom and our people 🙏❤️ At 15:46 that Three symbols that you were wondering they are representing #COUNTRY,RELIGION,ROYALKING . Hope you have lots of fun and enjoy your beautiful time in Cambodia 🇰🇭 ❤️
Hi! My suggestion next time when you come to Cambodia, do visit the royal palace and Cambodia national museum next to the palace too and also there’s a museum at Siem Reap. You will see our ancient statue and know more about Khmer history. I watched all of your RUclips videos in Cambodia but never see you go there. If I’m in Cambodia, I’ll take you to relax and enjoy all the Khmer food along the mekong river at the another side of the river. Khmer massage too 😁
The date of this Water Festival is fixed in Khmer calendar (according to lunar movement) so it is not fixed in world calendar (according to solar movement). It is always celebrated in day 15th of Khmer month 12th(Kaddek) that is always the Full Moon day.
That s why I choose to stay here 15 years ago... Cambodian are very good people. Even those who don t have a lot, they will always make sure to share with you. I love my new country ❤️🙏
