I've always considered the Kenner Predator line to be the one that took me from being a kid to a collector. I've always bought occasional figures, but for some reason finding the Spike Tail and Cracked Tusk figures on clearance at Walmart flipped a switch in my brain. From there it was Power of the Force 2, Beast Wars and 3/$10 Marvel figures and I've never looked back.
