Logically after the disciples and Jesus had shared bread and drank wine, they would have gone about their business , and someone would have cleared the table as normal. The grail would have been a normal plain cup mixed amongst many others .Anyway its just a thought
The mounds look like an old brick works. They used to make tens of thousands of bricks and stack them in crude kilns covered in earth, to fire them. They just built them as needed so they popped up here and there all over the brickworks. Was there any tradition of bricks there? Is the local clay good for firing?
