Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji (गुरू तेग बहादुर जी) is the 9th Guru of Sikhism. He was born on 18 April, 1621 in Amritsar. Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji was known as 'Hind di chaadar because he saved Hindus from the clutches of cruel ruler Aurengzeb. He founded the town of Chak-Nanki in Punjab. Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji's 115 hymns are included in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
