  • South Indian Adai Dosa Recipe....
    1/2 cup - Chana dal
    1/2 cup - Urad dal
    2 cup - Parboiled rice or Idly rice
    5-6 - Red chillies
    1 teaspoon - Cumin seeds
    1 teaspoon - Black pepper
    wash and soak it for 2-3 hours
    blend it to a Coarse paste
    instant Dosa is ready!!!!
