Good question, you can add a PDF to a CF7 form submission, but making it conditional on checking a box or having double optin is much more difficult with CF7. Plus, if you want to send an email (like a newsletter) to the people who request the PDF, you'll have to send them manually from your email account. Your best bet would be to integrate CF7 with email software like MailPoet (which is WordPress-based), or Aweber (not WordPress-based) or MailChimp (not WordPress-based). I'll record a video to explain how I would do it for free using those tools.
I'm struggling with this tool as the acceptance checkbox comes not aligned to the label text. it seems like they automatically put a BR or P after the checkbox. How to solve it? Already tried adding custom css to the theme or style to the acceptance, or in a label with the nested acceptance. Nothing seems to work. Using Wordpress.

I don't see the acceptance check box after setting up the conditions. Please help. I can only see the condition.
