OOO sorry for multiple comments but eventuality if you do cure multiple Zombie Villagers, you can breed them and not only trade with them but you can make a iron farm with them as well. The ONLY problem is going to be getting Blaze Powder. EDIT: dont mind me and the whole blaze part...if you get a witch to spawn in the mob farm, she can splash weakness on a zombie villager😅
If you're on the newest version, you can get gold by making a spawning platform in the nether. Even though it looks like a void, as long as the biome is TECHNICALLY a Nether Wastes biome, you can make a platform that spawns Zombified Piglins which have a chance to drop gold nuggets.
bro if it's a new version just go to the nether and u can find even pork chop or diamonds or iron and armor from the nether dungeons or whatever they're called plus cobblestone and more (edit) sorry for bad English
