Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation and perennially features the strongest field in the men's game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy-which has been awarded to the winner since 1916-is inscribed with names such as Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player.
The 2025 PGA Championship is set to take place between 15-18 May at Quail Hollow Club. The reigning champion is Xander Schauffele.

Love watching but had to give a thumb down … your highlight reel usually keeps the audience informed about what we’re watching by showing the leaderboard in the upper right and the upper left shows who we’re watching, what hole it is, what the par is,and which shot we’re watching and you usually show the standings at the end of the day … that was totally missing today and most of the time I had no idea what I was seeing … please bring back the info …

I’m told the people who produce these highlights don’t even play golf so I’m not surprised.

Got 2 minutes in and thought "I bet this getting flamed in the comments". 100% correct and 100% deserved. No scoreboard, no player graphics and no narrative. PGA Championship: The ugly stepchild major since forever.
These are some of the worst highlights I've ever seen. Where is the scorecard? How is it evolving? who is making a charge? Who is faltering? What was the narrative of the day? I got nothing from these highlights.

these broadcasting companys suck big time if you even can watch them im in a country where i have NO POSSIBLITY to watch even if i wanted to pay $1000 i could not see it.. i wonder how many other tournaments they wont let me watch. we should boycott this sport.. thats the only power we have they dont care about fans.. and no scores WTF?

Why no leader board or indication of who's currently being shown hitting the ball is? After watching this I have no idea who 3/4 of the people I've just seen hitting shots were and what their score and position in the tournament was. Poor quality video and not in keeping with current standards. DO BETTER!

No scoreboards and only positive shots makes this unwatchable. You might as well be watching any golf montage. What about the 16th where the top 3 players in the world ALL made double bogey on the same hole? Didn't think that was worth a highlight?

My guess is they don’t watch golf or understand the game or much less tournament play. They heard “highlights” and just picked good shots where people cheered. Yikes.

I love watching all golf. Feedback - go watch LIV golf highlights and mimic them.
PGA tour as a newer fan is not as easy to digest as LIV golf.
Liv is a better product at this point, I don’t buy into the hate. The jerseys and team format are lame as hell though.

This sucked. All I was looking forward to was brysons almost hole and 1 and you put one clip of him going over a tree. It was a nice shot but there should’ve been so much more.
No wonder the PGA is struggling to keep up when this is the quality of the highlights. Absolutely ridiculous that you cant even tell who is leading!

I know golf isn't the most exhilarating sport for most viewers, but this music makes the viewing experience even more cringeworthy and headache-inducing. Some of the best swings, Elk (Steve Elkington), Robin Freeman, Boom Boom of course! I remember Long John Daly's meltdown at Pinehurst, oofah! "The greens, upside down tea cups!". My aunt and uncle reside there, I doubt they have broken 70...on the front 9! I have worked at 5 courses over the decades here in The Swamp.D.C. Region (and on The Left COast, Torrey Pines,) and now, The Champs return to Congressional! The BIG Easy... . Will the tour(s) ever return just up the road at RTJ... . And I cannot stand the guy, but Billy Horschel, thee best ball striker!

PGA highlights are so weird… Ryan fox is Tied for 4th and just chipped in early this week to take the last open spot for this tournament. On such a good run, follows over to this tournament and barely gets a highlight. Ik alot of fans naturally feel like this with their countrymen, but read the room and narrate a story for once… sheesh.

I tried to watch this live today and I had to turn it off because the coverage was appalling, annoying birdsong constantly in the background, endless cuts to a scorecard that was pointless because it was at the bottom of the screen, commentators cut off mid sentence, no expert analysis just cliche driven commentary so so bad!
I agree about the cliche commentary, they just tell us what we are already watching, I miss the English commentators from the past

Took forever to put this together. They need to take lessons. Biggest shank ever or was that mud . These are the pro's that give lesson at the club. This sure isn't growing the game. Too worried about showing stars.

As already mentioned, terrible highlight package. Maybe if they streamed live from their site like The Masters they wouldn't need highlights. ESPN golf sucks...they should never have a major. PGA consistently worst coverage of the 4 majors imo!

Wow, less than 2 minutes into this and it's unwatchable. Like showing the highlights to a world championship basketball game but all you see are the shots going in. You don't see who shot them, what team they were on, or even who won. You are now blocked for the rest of my life. You will never again waste 2 more minutes of my time.
