Hi Conrad: I can't tell you how much I enjoyed your videos. I am 65 years old and slightly disabled but I cannot express how much I would love to do the same that you have done. I was an English teacher at a state school in London and met many Kurdish people. They were all very kind and had gone through terrible experiences. At the same time I have seen so many videos of people traveling through Kurdistan and the kindness and generosity of the people continues to shine through. If only I were 30 years younger I would do exactly as you have done. Hitchhiking and meeting such lovely people. Thank you for your videos.
Hi David, that really means a lot. I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to visit such places. People ≠ Politics, it often seems like the more troubled the country the kinder the people. When faced with daily uncertainty people become more compassionate and kind. I have had similar experiences in Iran and Lebanon. I believe it to also be true for Afghanistan and Syria. The Middle East in general has next-level hospitality in their blood. I'm sure there are some nice restaurants where they gather in London. Best of luck!

This Muslim song 😏😏
Yezidis are not Muslims, the Kurds used to be Yezidi and were forced to convert to Islam through genocide.
Why did you put a Muslim song in the beginning. We are not muslims and will never be.
This vedio is disrespectful
What are you talking about?
@@M414-q6o I'm talking about the azan we dont do that its disrespectful if he dosnt know that then why make a whole vedio about our religion
@@M414-q6o I didnt know its name that's why I said song sorry
@@lmao5070 Oh well i dont think he meant any disrespect. He put the azan on the intro on all his video of iraqi kurdistan.
