If the screw is loose and wants to back out, put one wrap of Teflon tape around the threads. Add more wraps if needed, one at a time testing between each wrap.

How can we tell if it’s 280, 380 or 580 if no tag is on? Thank you

Honestly would be hard to say. You can use the link below to compare parts and images to the cleaner you currently have. Hope this helps!

My sweep hose keeps getting sucked into the unit during the reverse (Polaris 360) - is there a way to prevent this?

May need to adjust the pressure that's going to the sweep hose but that's all I can offer for the issue. Hope that helps!

If you loosen the screw and increase flow to the hose, it should help it to stay straight while also reducing flow to the main jets of the sweep and thereby creating less suction.

Bought a new tail sweeper and when I installed the tail keeps getting stuck in front tires of polaris due to the tail sweeper being wrapped in a circle form when purchased. Is there anything I can do to straighten the tail sweep

Hi there, best advice we can offer for that particular situation would be to lay it flat on the pool deck or a table and let it sit out in the sun for an extended period of time. Normally works better when its a little warmer outside but we have found success by using this method. Hope this helps!
